Making A Purchase

Step 1: If you see something you would like to buy from our shop please enter the quantity of the item you require, and then click on "Add to Basket." After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout." You will then be asked to enter your details for us to be able to complete your order. WE ONLY DELIVER TO ADDRESSES IN ENGLAND, WALES AND THE SCOTTISH LOWLANDS.

Step 2: We take payment by debit or credit card (not Diner). We take orders in writing with a cheque (made payable to Canon Pyon Stores). Prices on our website include VAT at 17.5%.
Goods remain the property of Real Drinks of England until payment is made in full.

Step 3: You will receive an automatic confirmation of your order by email.

If after placing your order, you realise you have made a mistake, please do not hesitate to contact us by email or phone.

It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to purchase alcoholic drinks or for anyone to purchase alcoholic drinks for a person less than 18 years of age. By placing an order with us you are confirming that you are at least 18 years of age and also that you are not purchasing on behalf of anyone under the age of 18.
Delivery Schedule We aim to despatch your order within 5 working days. If there is to be any serious delay we will inform you of when we will be able to despatch your order and the reason for the delay. You should receive your order within 7 working days in most of the UK.



Guarantee Customers are requested to check all goods at the time of delivery. The delivery or carrier's note should be signed noting any shortages or breakage. We regret we cannot accept claims for shortages or breakages not recorded in this way. All packaging and breakages must be retained for inspection in the event of any claim. We must have confirmation of any breakages or shortages within 48 hours of delivery, either by telephone, email or fax.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality or condition of the products which you receive we will replace them at no extra cost.
Privacy Policy Real Drinks of England collect personal information so that we can process and deliver your order. We store this information for our customer records and may send you occasional emails to tell you about new products or special offers etc. If you do not wish to receive these, please contact us at info@realdrinksofengland.co.uk We will not sell or provide your personal information to others.
Returns Policy If when you receive your order you decide you do not want it, you must write to us within 7 days of delivery. All goods must be returned to Real Drinks of England undamaged and in the original wrapping at your own expense. We can arrange collection. We will refund the value of the goods due to you upon their safe receipt. We will not refund however, your initial carriage costs.
