A traditional dry style English Farmhouse cider. Like most English ciders, it is blended from ciders made from several different varieties, in varying quantities, according to the yield from the trees in the year of its production. It may not be the same from one year to the next but the cider-makers blending skills will always result in a great drink. Back in stock after selling out 2008's production! Alc 6.8% Vol.

A new product from Lyne Down Cider this year. If you need evidence that a good cider maker can produce a great drink from almost any apple here it is. Katie is a Swedish dessert apple. Just remember Orgasmic Cider gives pure satisfaction!" After this it seems prosaic to repeat - no preservatives or artificial additives. Alc 8.0% Vol.
Yarlington Mill is another cider apple made into a single variety Herefordshire cider. Old Rosie (named after the steamroller pictured on the label) is perhaps Westons most distinctive English cider, as shown it has been gently inverted to make a cloudy scrumpy though it can be drunk clear if it is left undisturbed for a few days. It has a wonderful appley aroma which we think no other cider possesses and once tasted is never forgotten and sometimes nothing else will do. Westons describe it as " a light, crisp and dry lightly carbonated scrumpy cider. Allowed to settle out naturally after fermentation to retain its cloudy appearance. Gently invert to ensure an even distribution of natural sediment." Alc 7.3% vol
